Hey guys,
Teen Vogue contacted me in the beginning of summer asking if I was interested in hosting a "Back to School Saturday" party. I've always been a huge fan of Teen Vogue and more than interested in event planning, so I replied to my invite with a huge "YES, COUNT ME IN" even before I finished reading my invite. They sent me a trunk full of back to school necessities to hand out to my attendees, for example, Maybelline mascara, Simple cleansing waters, cleaning wipes, Tampex tampons, Not Your Mother's hair primer, American Apparel denim circle skirts, and more.
I invited 15 of my closest friends to my new apartment. Our party was held just like any of our other hang out sessions. Every attendee brought one type of finger food each, so we had plenty of food to enjoy and snack on throughout the entire event.
For products that I did not have enough to give out to everyone, we played simple games to determine who gets to take what. You better believe that the games got competitive real soon ; >
I also set up a photo booth wall where they got to freely take pictures for their personal social media.
