Pastel Me - OOTD

Pastel Me

A casual Outfit of the Day for you loveliess <3

Today, I chose to wear one of my favorite thrifted pieces! (which reminds me, I'm currently in the process of editing my Massive Thrift Store Haul blog, so stay tuned!)

The shirt I am wearing right now is the perfect summer piece because it is composed of a mesh, see-through fabric and fits effortlessly and boxy. This button up is different from your everyday white collared shirt because of the china collar. I personally love shirts with china collars. You don't have to worry about whether your collar is properly folded; just button up and be on the go! Plus, it keeps things clean and simple.

I decided to tuck the remaining fabric of the shirt into my denim circle skirt. This denim skirt is one of my summer essentials- you can wear it with any loose tank/shirt and it will give off a cool, refreshing impression.

OOTD details:

denim circle skirt: abercrombie and fitch
lip: mac ravishing & benefit cha cha tint

Home at Last - OOTD

HOME AT LAST

Freshman year, check.

However, I forgot how boring summer could be...

Oh wells, I guess it just means that I'll have more time to blog and watch Korean tv shows!

"Green was the silence, wet was the light, the month of June trembled like a butterfly." -Pablo Neruda

I cannot believe how fast June is coming to a close.
A week from today, I'll be unpacking in KOREA.
Super excited to see my family, friends, and eat 빙수 and 치킨!

As much as I'd love to just lounge around the house under the AC, grubbing on their amazing delivery foods all day errday throughout my stay in Korea, I plan on being somewhat productive this year! I want to travel within and out of Korea, because I realized that you should travel as much as you can while you're still physically capable of doing so. Hopefully, I can find some kids to tutor, so I don't suck all of my parents' money dry. Lastly, I want to meet up with as many people as I can to just catch up and share stories.

Look out for my future posts. I'll try my best to post regularly while I'm there!
See ya'll soon.

Best fishes,

Sini.

PS. Also, if you're not sick of me yet, feel free to check out my instagram!!
I tend to post more regularly on there :)

Feeling Grey - OOTD

I'm usually a gal that rocks vibrant floral prints day and night, regardless of season, but recently, I've been gravitating more towards simple basics.

eh, color

I'm sure I'll go back to loving my bold colored pants, borderline tacky graphic tees, and obnoxious patterned shorts once summer hits full swing- but for now, keeping it simple.

Sidenote: I'm officially done with my freshman year of college.
It's definitely a bittersweet feeling- I know I could've accomplished more things and perhaps should've done this and that instead of doing that and this, but I regret nothing.

Thank you for the memories, opportunities and experience, UCSD. See you in fall.

A short and sweet blog post, in honor of a short and sweet school year.

Best fishes,

Sini.
